Refund Policy.

Unused prepaid credits
You may request a refund of unused ChinaAPI credit balance within 30 days of purchase. Refundable amounts are limited to the unused portion of credits you purchased, minus any non-recoverable payment-processor fees that ChinaAPI cannot recover from the payment provider.
Non-refundable credits
Credits that have already been consumed by API usage are non-refundable. Free trial credits, promotional credits, bonus credits, and other credits not purchased by you are also non-refundable and have no cash value.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or message us on Telegram at https://t.me/chinaapiai. Include your ChinaAPI account email, the transaction reference or redemption code reference, the purchase amount, and a short reason for the request so we can locate the payment and account balance.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method where technically available. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Before a chargeback
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved faster by checking the account email, transaction reference, credit redemption history, and API usage records directly.
