Project boundary and build path. ## MandarinSpark MandarinSpark is the owned reference project for composing ASR, an LLM coach, deterministic pinyin, and TTS. Production integration is a separate learner-app delivery. Required models must first be registered, routed, priced, and fixture-verified in Dash. ## Workflow gate Every workflow must state required input, safe defaults, cost drivers, unsupported combinations, lifecycle, recovery, acceptance checks, price and privacy sources, and its exact runtime evidence state. Contract-only records do not become executable links.
